Specializing in both HUD housing and U.S.D.A. – Rural Development assisted housing – Belmont Management also has considerable experience managing low income apartments and housing built under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Regulatory compliance under these programs is complex and demanding; we have 30 years experience working with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Section 202 housing for the elderly, Section 236 program, Section 8 and HOME programs; the U.S.D.A. – Rural Development’s Section 515 and Rental Assistance programs; and the New York State’s rental assistance and Housing Trust Fund programs.
